How to unverify and remove hacked ownership claim in Google Search Console (Google Search Central). Website is built on WordPress and uses Divi theme.

Received an email from Google telling me that someone has claimed to be the owner of Freelance Pakistan Official Website. This might be the Bots Event ; however, the website was inactive and not fully updated. Hence, the breach.

First step was to unverify the fake owner i.e. the bot owner. To do that, we need to have Website cpanel access so that we could delete unnecessary files. We did that step by step in this tutorial.
