CorelDRAW 2018 Tools – Shape Tool Mastery with Projects – Explained in Urdu | Hindi

If you want to master CorelDRAW Shape Tool, this tutorial is a must for you. This tool will help you make perfect curves and draw vectors of your choice. Become a master of curves and start working on professional freelancing or routine graphic design projects (especially if you work on Upwork, Fiverr, Envato etc.

Well explained, in-depth Urdu – Hindi tutorial in our playlist “All CorelDRAW Tools Explained”. In this tutorial, we discussed Shape Tool (right beneath pick tool that we discussed in the earlier tutorial). Click on it or press F10 keyboard shortcut to activate this tool. Basically, this tool alone doesn’t do much; however, when we add it with Ctrl + Q and curve some shape, text or bitmap boundary box, it becomes one of the most powerful Corel Draw Tools.

First we drew a rectangle and discussed about its shape’s property bar. We did some fundamental experiments with this drawn shape. We explored different options. We talked about rounding the corners , scalloped and chamfered styles. Then we started our journey towards understanding this great tool i.e. The Shape Tool (with and without curved feature).

We discussed in detail almost all features available to enhance the power of shape tool with special emphasis on the following:

1) How to add and delete nodes?
2) How to convert from line to curve and vice versa?
3) What is cusp and smooth?
4) How to break apart and join nodes?
5) How to reduce nodes?
6) How to rotate around selected node?

We also touched Options Panel. The keyboard shortcut is Ctrl + J. We explored how to have dark, black or medium appearnce of CorelDraw Interface.

We experimented:

1) How to create mustaches with the help of shape tool?
2) How to design Pepsi Logo in the Corel Draw?

Professional Projects also included :

1) An understanding of curves and creativity to design a business card.
2) In depth analysis of shape tool + Ctrl +Q + Bitmap import.

We imprted an image. The keyboard shortcut to import is Ctrl + I.

Then we practiced the following tools included in the Shape Tool Flyout (we can access them by clicking and holding onto shape tool from the tool box).

1) Smooth Tool used to smooth edges/ curves
2) Smear Tool is used to distort
3) Smudge Tool
4) Attract Tool
5) Repel Tool
6) Twirl Tool
7) Roughen Tool

We also created four rectangles just to get an idea how to design a flyer in CorelDraw for real Estate clients etc and put images. For that, we used the corel draw’s power clip.
