We started our discussion with Envelope Tool. This tool is used to shape text, vector shapes, and bitmaps as per custom paths or shapes. We can easily convert all objects in any shape possible or in any perspective that we like. We experimented with all features available. We talked about Putty, Original and other modes along with different presets available.
Then we moved on towards transparency tool and explored complete property bar options one by one including no transparency, uniform transparency, fountain, vector and two color transparency etc. This tool behaves exactly as interactive fill tool; however, it’s not gradient. It gives us transparent pixels and we can see through. We discussed how we can control transparency of the objects.
Then we answered the following question:
1) How to create reflection in CorelDRAW?
We imported a png image and duplicated that to practice reflection.
Then we talked about the smart fill tool. One of the most powerful tools to create and fetch custom vector shapes by filling color to any closed path anywhere in the corel draw document. We discussed how we can brainstorm to get logo design ideas.
Finally, we talked about business card curves with the help of smart fill.
